Your Uploaded Materials

  • You hold the rights to any content you upload and grant PhotoFuseAI permission to use, host, and reproduce it solely for service operation and enhancement.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any rights or violate laws.
  • We do not claim ownership over your images or uploads.

Unacceptable Uses

You are prohibited from:

  • Using PhotoFuseAI for illegal activity or in breach of any applicable regulation.
  • Disrupting the security, integrity, or accessibility of the Site or Service.
  • Attempting to access non-public parts of the platform.
  • Downloading or harvesting information through bots or other unauthorized methods.
  • Uploading, generating, or attempting to produce any content that is not safe for work (NSFW), including but not limited to nude, sexually explicit, or pornographic images. Any user found to be in violation of this policy will have their account permanently closed with no refund provided.
