  • Payment Information: If you purchase a paid plan, billing details are processed by our trusted third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Log files, device information (e.g., operating system), IP address, browser type, and actions taken on our platform (e.g., features used, pages visited). This data helps us monitor site performance and improve user experience.
  • Communication: Records of support requests, user feedback, and any other correspondence with us.

Specifics on Uploaded Content (Photos):

  • AI Processing: Your uploaded images are processed by our AI algorithms solely for the purpose of generating the requested fused images. This processing happens in real-time or near real-time.
  • Storage of Original Photos: Original uploaded photos are retained for a limited period, typically 30 days after generation, to allow for potential reprocessing or download of the original if needed, or to troubleshoot issues. After this period, original uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Storage of Generated Outputs: The images generated by PhotoFuseAI are stored for a specific period which depends to each account to allow you to access, review, and download them. After this period, generated output images are also automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
  • AI Model Training:
    • ** We do not use your uploaded photos or the generated outputs to train or improve our underlying AI models.
  • Human Access to Photos: Access to your raw uploaded photos or generated outputs by our personnel is strictly limited to essential operational needs, such as:
    • Responding to your specific support requests (e.g., if you report an issue with a generation).
    • Monitoring for and enforcing our prohibited content policy (see Section 10).
    • Personnel with access are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

4. How We Share or Disclose Your Information

You are strictly prohibited from uploading or attempting to generate any NSFW (not safe for work) photos, including violent photos, nudes, and sexually explicit imagery, as detailed in our Terms of Service. Attempts to do so will lead to permanent account closure without refund, and such content will be deleted from our servers when detected. We use automated and, in some cases, human review processes to enforce this policy, which may involve access to uploaded content.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new services. If material changes are made, we will notify you at least two weeks prior to enforcement via email to your registered account and/or a prominent notice on our Site.
